the room was new-fashioned and perfect and it had free toiletries, shower caps and bath sheets, that's cool. its mountain view and very friendly staff were the key features! location: the hotel was just next door to termales santa rosa de cabal, the airport in pereira and a wonderful valley.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous and quiet as described. The modern room was neat, and the food was savory with a wide variety of dishes on the menu.

The hotel has a great location near good restaurants and the Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal. The standard queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and delightful views. The facilities were good with a safe, TV, and a radio.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, especially Daniela, was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent and cooked in a cozy kitchen with a seating area. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with lush gardens and walking paths. The swimming pool and hot tub were also a great addition to our stay. Despite a few minor issues with the TV and wifi, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Matisses Hotel & Spa. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

If you're a nature lover looking for tranquility, Matisses Hotel is perfect. the location is ideal, set in a breathtaking valley with beautiful landscaping and opportunities to interact with animals like dogs, bunny, and donkey. the room and bathroom are spotless with great service. Breakfast is delectable and satisfying. This place has a lot of amenities, including a spa, swimming pool, and space to play sports or have a walk. You'll definitely feel at home here and well-rested!

The noise from surrounding residential properties and farmland can be bothersome at night.

The Christmas decoration was lovely and added to the festive feel. the hotel offers a spa service and a pool where we had a great time. the location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to the hot springs and other local attractions.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a stunning hotel that provided everything I needed. I really liked the tidiness of the rooms and bathrooms, it was super clean. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the staff was more than willing to help in any way possible. The amazing Jacuzzi service at night with a glass of wine was romantic and the most relaxing experience. The hotel was in a super convenient location and it was really safe.

The TV wasn't set up and the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly. But, that's not a problem at all if you're there to enjoy the rest and relaxation.
